Where Does Free Shipping Apply?

All domestic U.S. orders usually ship for free. In some cases, large items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional postage fees. In such cases we will contact you. Orders from outside the U.S. will be charged for shipping. Carriers are usually USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

My glass was broken in shipping, what do I do?

I work hard to pack every order so that it arrives safely while also minimizing plastic packaging, and nearly every order arrives safe and sound but it is glass, so things do happen, that’s why every shipment is insured for damage or loss. If your order arrives damaged, please email me photos of each side of the box, the packaging, and the damaged product(s). I’ll submit a claim with the insurer and begin making your replacement right away. Replacement pieces are always put in the front of the production queue.

What size bulbs do these lights use?

Right now all my lights that use sockets use the standard E26 lightbulb with the A19 screw end, the kind everyone uses in everyday lighting. Although I’m starting to play around with LED engines and other types of bulbs in some new designs, I’ll always specify when that happens. Otherwise, it’s E26 bulbs, but I do recommend that you use LED or compact fluorescent bulbs to prevent excessive heat.

Can I request a custom color or design?

Absolutely! It is very easy to change the colors in a design and can usually be done at no extra charge. We can also work together to make test samples, although there may be a small charge to do so.

My process lends itself greatly to making easily reproducible custom designs, in fact a good percentage of the work I do is custom. Check out my Custom Projects page to see what amazing things can be done with my glass making process. If you want to cancel an order before I ship it, simply Contact me and I’ll issue you a refund. If the product is defect free and you decided that you changed your mind about the product, I ask that you cover return shipping costs.
