Where Does Free Shipping Apply?

All domestic U.S. orders usually ship for free. In some cases, like large items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional postage fees. In such cases we will contact you. Orders from outside the U.S. will be charged for shipping. Carriers are usually USPS or UPS.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most of our items are made to order and we generally need 7 to 14 days to ship. If your order falls outside that time we will contact you. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us and we can usually work something out.

Can I Return or Exchange My Purchase?

Returns are welcome for any reason, and a full refund will be submitted once we receive the returned item. If the product is defect free and you decided that you changed your mind about the product, we ask that you cover return shipping costs. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it for free. That being said, all our products are handmade in our studio and may contain some slight variations or other marks of a handmade object. If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make sure you are taken care of. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Likewise, exchanges are determined on a case by case basis.

My glass was broken in shipping, what do I do?

We work hard to pack every order so that it arrives safely while also minimizing plastic packaging, and nearly every order arrives safe and sound but it is glass, so things do happen, that’s why every shipment is insured for damage or loss. If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of each side of the box, the packaging, and the damaged product(s). We’ll submit a claim with the insurer and begin making your replacement right away. Replacement pieces are always put in the front of the production queue.
