Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Returns are welcome for any reason, and a full refund will be submitted once we receive the returned item. If the product is defect free and you decided that you changed your mind about the product, we ask that you cover return shipping costs. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it for free. That being said, all our products are handmade in our studio and may contain some slight variations or other marks of a handmade object. If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make sure you are taken care of. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Likewise, exchanges are determined on a case by case basis.

What happens if I change my mind after I place an order?
